Delivery and returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt, ensuring you repackage the returns appropriately to prevent any damage occurring in transit. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund within 7 working days. We are not able to accept returns for earrings or toiletries for hygiene reasons.
Items bought from the website can also be returned to the store for a refund - please allow up to 7 working days for the money to reach your account.
All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We will endeavour to get your order sent out to you as soon as possible, therefore please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. You can contact our sales team on 0207 739 2811, however, if your order has already been dispatched we will not be liable for the cost of post and packaging.
WHEN DO WE TAKE PAYMENT?
We only debit your card after your order has been packaged and ready to dispatch. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery from the date or order.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 for each order.
We use Royal Mail postal service for our orders. Most of our orders will be posted using Royal Mail 1st Class service, however, on some occasions when an order is larger than a standard package we may sent it using Royal Mail 2nd Class service.
We also offer a same day ‘click & collect’ service from our Northfields shop.
